Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions:

  1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and let the eggs simmer for about 9-12 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness (9 minutes for soft-boiled, 12 minutes for hard-boiled). Once done, remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool before peeling.

  2. While the eggs are boiling and cooling, slice open the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency. You can leave it slightly chunky or make it smooth.

  3. Toast the bread slices until they're crispy and golden brown.
